VIII. Acknowledgment
- APPLICABILITY:
This Club Policy applies to all individuals who engage in the golf game, such as booking and attending classes, either on a daily or monthly basis, as well as the trainers providing instruction to members (the “Member”) at both at the Riyadh Golf Club and Dirab Golf & Country Club (the “Club”).
All Members must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth in These Rules and Regulations govern The Riyadh Golf Club and Dirab Golf & Country Club and its Facilities. The Rules and Regulations are intended to be a guide to the use of the Club Facilities referenced in the Membership Charter and is not intended to deal with every conceivable issue that may be presented for governance.
Aim – The Rules and Regulations are established by the Club Owner and Operator to protect the Club Facilities and to promote the health, safety, welfare and enjoyment of the Members, their families and guests and all other persons using the Club Facilities. The Club is committed to providing all Members and their guests with an enjoyable club experience. To uphold these standards, Members and guests are expected to act in a manner consistent with good taste. As used herein, the term “Club Owner” and “Club Operator” mean Saudi Golf.
Membership privileges are subject to the Membership Charter, as amended, and these Rules and Regulations. The Club Owner and Operator reserve the right, from time to time and in its sole discretion, to waive or modify the terms of its Membership Charter and/or these rules and regulations.
- PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Members are accountable for their own conduct, as well as for the behavior of their guests and family members while using the club’s facilities. Any damage caused to the club’s property due to negligence by members will be the responsibility the individual Member.
Any Member, family member, guest or other person who, in any manner, makes use of or accepts the use of any apparatus, appliance, facility, privilege or service whatsoever owned, leased or operated by the Club, including without limitation the use of golf carts, or who engages or participates in any contest, fame, function, exercise, competition or other activity operated, organized, arranged or sponsored by the Club, either on or off the Club’s premises, shall do so at his or her own risk. By using or accepting the use thereof, or engaging or participating herein, each such person agrees to waive and release all claims, and to hold harmless the Club Owner, Club Operator, any manager of the Club Facilities, their affiliates, their successors, assigns and their respective shareholders, partners, directors, officers, members, employees, representatives, agents (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties:) harmless from any and all injury, damage, loss, cost, claim, expense or liability sustained or incurred by such person, or the family or guests of such person, resulting from the use of the Club Facilities, including without limitation, the wearing of golf shoes with soft spikes or spike-less shoes, or otherwise, arising out of or incident to membership in the Club and/or from any act or omission of Indemnified Parties. Any Member shall have, owe and perform the same obligation to the Indemnified Parties hereunder in respect to any such loss, cost, claim, injury, damage or liability sustained or incurred by any guest or family member.
III. GENERAL RULES
Members must adhere to Club operating hours, and may book exclusive areas for corporate events, subject to availability and Club policies.
- In order to use the Club facilities, a Member shall pay all applicable fees and dues.
- The Club Facilities shall be open on the days and during such hours as may be established from time to time by the Club Operator. Areas of the Club may also be closed for scheduled maintenance and repairs. The Club reserves the right to close the golf course and clubhouse to hold promotional events and tournaments subject to the provisions of the Membership Charter and for the avoidance of doubt no refund shall be issued as a result of such closures.
- Performance by entertainers will be permitted on the Club premises only with the permission of the Club Operator.
- Dining outlets’ activities for groups will be permitted only with the permission and involvement of the Club Operator.
- Commercial advertisements shall not be posted or circulated on the Club premises, nor shall solicitations of any kind be made on the Club Facilities or upon the Club’s stationery, without the prior approval of the Club Operator.
- No petitions may be originated, solicited, circulated or posted on the Club premises without the prior approval of the Club Operator.
- It is contrary to the policy of the Club to have its facilities used for functions or fund-raising efforts for the benefit of a political cause, except as specifically permitted by the Club Operator.
- All Food and beverages consumed on the Club premises must be furnished by the Club and may be consumed only in areas designated by the Club Operator. No food or beverage to be brought in from outside the club premises unless club management approval is provided in advance.
- Employees of the Club are not permitted to deliver food or beverages to locations away from the immediate area of the Clubhouse, or other designated areas of the Club premises without the permission of the Club Operator.
- Members must not request special personal services from the employees of the Club who are on duty or the personal use of the Club’s furnishings or equipment, which are not ordinarily available for use by Members.
- Dogs or other pets (with the exception of those assisting persons with disabilities) are not permitted on the Club Facilities, except with the permission of the Club. Where dogs are permitted on the grounds, they must be on a leash at all times. Members are responsible for any and all damage and or injury caused by an animal on the premises owned by the Member or under the Member’s control or supervision at that time.
- All Complaints, criticisms or suggestions of any kind relating to any of the operations of the Club or its employees must be in writing, signed and addressed to the Club Operator.
- It is unacceptable for a Member or guest to abuse any of the Club’s employees, verbally or otherwise at any time. All service employees of the Club are under the ultimate supervision of the Club Operator, and no Member or guest shall reprimand or discipline any employee or send any employee off the Club premises for any reason.
- Members are not permitted to use the roster or list of Members of the Club for solicitation or commercial purposes or to distribute the roster to anyone other than a Member.
- Gambling and Alcohol are prohibited on the Club premises.
- Table games’ playing is only permitted in areas designated by the Club Operator.
- Parking is NOT permitted on grassed areas. The Club’s “No Parking” signs must be observed. Vehicles incorrectly parked in violation of “No Parking” signs may be towed at the owner’s expense. Damage to vehicles that are towed will not be the responsibility of The Club owner or Operator.
- Smoking is permitted only outdoors. Cigar and pipe smoking are not permitted in the dining and lounge areas, or golf shop and golf desk areas.
- Cell phone use is restricted to designated areas, which are subject to change at any time. Details of designated areas area available on the Club Notice Board.
- Fireworks exhibitions may only be organized and conducted by the Club, fireworks and their use on Club property is strictly prohibited by members and guests.
- Firearms and other weapons of any kind are not permitted on Club property at any time.
- Use of the Club Facilities may be restricted or reserved from time to time by the Club. No rebate/refund of membership dues will be issued in respect of such closure.
- All Members, their families and their guests shall abide by these rules and regulations as they may be amended from time to time. Violation of any of these rules or regulations in any manner prejudicial to the best interests of the Club will subject the person in violation to disciplinary action in accordance with the Membership Charter and these Rules and Regulations. Under no circumstances will the Club discriminate against an individual because of the individual’s race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, handicap or marital status.
1- Membership Cards:
- A membership card indicating the Member’s name and type of membership will be issued to each Member and upon request.
- Membership cards will only be issued upon payment of dues by the Member. Membership cards are non-transferable. Members and their families must have their membership cards with them at all times while using the Club Facilities.
- A membership card may not be used by any person other than the person to whom it is issued.
- In order to protect Members from improper charges and or apply membership discounts, membership cards must be presented at the point of sale for all transactions, excluding food and beverage, in which case presentation of membership cards is required at the time of placing the order.
- Membership cards will be held for pick-up at the Golf Shop.
- In the event of a lost or stolen membership card, the Club Operator must immediately be notified in writing. A card replacement fee as determined by the Club Operator may be charged for lost or stolen membership cards.
2- Payment of Dues and Fees:
- The Club Operator reserves the right to implement a mandatory credit card billing system such that all dues, fees and charges are billed to each Member’s approved credit card. In the event the Club Operator implements such a system, it will give notice to such effect to the Members. Each Member must then furnish the Club Operator with an approved credit card to which the Member authorizes the Club to charge dues, fees and charges.
- All food, beverage, merchandise and other services of the club must be paid by members at the time service is received. No credit facility shall be provided to members by the club. The club may allow at its sole discretion extending credit facility to members ONLY on a pre-charged account basis where members can pre-pay an amount towards their future use. Account balance must cover the charge of any service at the time of transaction otherwise the member will have to cover the charges with another payment method
- Dues and other charges shall be payable upon receipt of a statement and payment must be made within thirty days of the statement date. Outstanding charges will accrue a late payment charge per month or the maximum amount permitted by law. Members with a history of outstanding charges may be charged a reinstatement fee at the discretion of the Club Operator to reactivate an account once the outstanding balance has been repaid in full.
- When a membership is issued in the name of more than one person each of those persons shall be jointly and severally liable for all dues, fees and other charges and liabilities associated with the membership.
- If the member’s account becomes delinquent, such account shall be subject to any action as determined by the Club Operator, which may include suspension or termination.
- If the Club Operator commences a legal action to collect any amount owned by a Member, or to enforce any other liability of a Member to the Club Owner, and if judgment is obtained by the Club Owner, the Member shall also be liable for all costs and expenses of the legal action.
3- Tax and Service Charge (VAT):
The Club may implement a sales tax and or service charge percentage to be added to all food and beverage and other club services in conjunction with regulating VAT law in KSA.
4- Discipline:
- Members are responsible for their own conduct and for the conduct of their family members and guests. Any Member whose conduct or whose family or guests’ conduct shall be deemed by the Club Operator to be likely to endanger the welfare, safety, harmony or good reputation of the Club or its Members or is otherwise improper, may be reprimanded, fined, suspended or expelled from the Club and have all privileges associated with the membership suspended or terminated by the Club. The Club Operator shall be the sole judge of what constitutes improper conduct, but improper conduct shall include, without limitation:
- if there is a change to the Member’s status which results in that Member no longer fulfilling the criteria for membership.
- if the Member submits false information on an application for membership.
- if the Member permits a membership card or Club account to be used by anyone other than the designated holder.
- if the Member fails to pay any amount owed to the Club Operator in a proper and timely manner.
- if the Member, or any of such Member’s family or guests, exhibits unsatisfactory behavior, deportment or appearance at the Club Facilities.
- if the Member, or any of such Member’s family or guests, treats any personnel or employees of the Club in an unreasonable or abusive manner.
- if the Member, or any of such Member’s family or guests fails to abide by the Membership Charter and the Rules and Regulations.
- Any Member accused of improper conduct shall be notified of the Club’s proposed disciplinary action and shall be given an opportunity to appeal such action being taken. If a Member wishes to appeal, he should inform the Club Operator in writing at the operator’s address within 10 days of being notified. The Club Operator shall set a time and date for a meeting not less than ten days after notice of appeal has been given.
- While such appeal is being considered by the Club Operator, the Member shall enjoy the privileges of the Club. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Club Operator may, without notice and without a meeting suspend some or all privileges associated with a membership relates to other reasons such as failure to pay dues in a proper and timely manner, fees or any other amounts owed to the Club.
- Members shall not be entitled to any refund of membership fees, deposit, dues or any other charges or fees on account of such restrictions, suspension or termination imposed due to improper conduct. During any restriction or suspension, dues and other charges shall continue to accrue and all amounts due to the Club Owner shall be paid in full prior to reinstatement as a Member in good standing. Notwithstanding a suspension or termination of membership, a Member or former Member shall remain liable for any and all amounts owed to the Club.
- Any person whose membership privileges have been terminated for any reason other than the failure to meet eligibility for membership shall not again be eligible for membership nor admitted for use of the Club facilities under any circumstances.
5- Loss or Damage of Property:
- Each Member as a condition of membership, and each guest as a condition of invitation to the Club premises, assumes sole responsibility for his or her property. The Club Owner shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property used or stored on the Club premises, including bag storage and items stored in Club lockers.
- Property or furniture belonging to the Club Owner shall not be moved or removed without proper authorization. The Club accepts no responsibility for any property damage and/ or personal injury at the Club, or at any activity or function operated, organized, arranged or sponsored by the Club, caused by a Member or by any family or guest of the Member. The cost of any damage shall be charged to the Member’s Club account.
6- Reservations And Cancellation:
- In certain times or seasons, members or visitors may be required to reserve the dining hall at least 24 hours in advance, especially for large groups consisting of 10 people or more. This allows the restaurant to arrange an appropriate menu. Members or visitors must notify the restaurant of any changes to the reservation or cancellations no later than 12:00 PM on the day prior.
- Reservations are required for most activities of the Club and are taken on a first come, first serve basis by pre-registering with the appropriate personnel of the Club. Cancellation notice must be given within 48 hours prior to the event to avoid being charged.
- For all functions held in the Club dining rooms, tables will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Reservations for special tables will not be accepted unless pre-arranged with food and beverage management in advance for parties larger than 10 guests.
- Reservations for dining will be held for fifteen minutes after the reserved time after which the table will be freed for other diners.
- Reservations for the banquet should be made at least three weeks in advance. A non-refundable deposit may be required for a banquet reservation.
- No Member shall plan or set dates for dining room private use or group activities without prior approval of the Club.
- Reservations are subject to departmental operating policy and may change at any time by the club without prior notice.
7- Children Policy:
- Children under 12 years of age are permitted on the Club premises only if accompanied and supervised by an adult. Children under 18 years of age are not allowed in the Fitness Centre, sauna and steam room. Members with children 12- 18 years of age must sign a Parental Consent form for their children to use the Club facilities without adult accompaniment and supervision before access to facilities is permitted.
- Children should conduct themselves in an orderly manner on the Club premises and shall not be loud or boisterous.
- Children are permitted to use the Club facilities provided the facilities are used in the manner intended and having regard to any age limitations or restrictions set forth herein or otherwise specified by the Club.
- Members are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children whilst enjoying the Club Facilities.
8- Attire Policy:
- The members shall wear resort casual appropriate attire whilst at the club. Denim and cut-offs are not permitted, unless otherwise stipulated by the Club. Specific dress requirements for varying dining times and events may be posted. Members shall advise family and guests of Club dress requirements.
- Members will realize that it is not possible to stipulate exactly the type of clothing, which is appropriate, but it is felt that all Members will understand the intent of the rules and cooperate accordingly. Good, basic common sense should be always exercised. The final judgment will rest with the supervisor on duty who shall have the sole right to exercise his discretion in the manner he deems fit. On request from the supervisor, members or their guests must adhere to the request to change attire immediately and without retribution on the supervisor.
9- Mailing Addresses:
- Each Member shall be responsible for filing with the Club Owner in writing, and shall add these details in the application form provided, his or her mailing address, email address and telephone number and any changes thereto, to which the Member wishes all notices would be sent. A Member shall be deemed to have received mailings from the Club 10 days after they have been mailed to the address on file with the Club. In the absence of a mailing address on file at the Membership Office, any Club mailing may, with the same effect described above, be addressed as the Club Management may think is most likely to cause its prompt delivery.
- The Club must be notified in writing of any change of address. Failure to do so shall constitute a waiver of the right to receive Club notices, bulletins and any other communications, and a violation of these Rules and Regulations.
- Members’ contact information is confidential and exclusive to club use. The Club will not provide Members’ contact information to vendors or marketing firms.
10- Membership Correspondence:
Complaints or suggestions concerning the service, operation or queries relating to billing charges of the Club should be in writing, signed by the Member and addressed to the Club management.
11- Club Services and Activities:
- The Club provides a variety of social, cultural and recreational events in which all Members are encouraged to participate.
- The Club encourages the use of the clubhouse facilities by Members for private functions on any day or evening provided it does not interfere with the normal operation of the Club or with the services regularly available to the Members. Members are requested to make reservation arrangements with the appropriate Club personnel.
- Private functions are not permitted on the Club premises unless prior approval is obtained from the Club Operator.
- The Member sponsoring the private party shall be responsible for any damage caused by the installation or the removal of such party décor.
- The sponsor of the function shall be responsible for any damage to the Club Facilities and for the payment of any charges not paid by individuals attending the private function
12- Resignation of Membership:
- A Member may resign club membership by delivering written notice of his or her resignation to the Club’s Membership Office. This notice should be received and acknowledged by the Club Operator and shall take effect within sixty days of the date of resignation.
- Notwithstanding any resignation, the Member and his or her spouse shall remain liable for any amounts unpaid on the Member’s club account.
- GUEST PRIVILEGES:
- Guests of Members may be extended guest privileges subject to the Membership Charter and these rules and regulations, and subject to applicable guest fees and charges established by Club Operator. Guest privileges may be denied, withdrawn or revoked at any time for reasons considered sufficient by the Club Operator in its sole discretion.
- Guests may use the facilities of the Club only in accordance with the privileges of the membership of the sponsoring Member. The sponsoring member must accompany the guest during the entire visit to the club.
- The Club reserves the right to establish houseguest privileges and policies and to implement guest fees and rules and regulations with respect to houseguest usage of the Club Facilities.
- Each guest must be registered by the sponsoring Member with the Club. The Club Operator reserves the right to require identification by each guest. Guests must be accompanied by the Member at all times when using any facility of the Club, unless otherwise determined by the Club Operator in its sole discretion.
- The sponsoring Member is responsible for all guest fees and charges. Guest fees and charges for any services may be paid immediately by the Guest or charged against the sponsoring Member’s Club account.
- Guests privileges, including the use of golf course may be limited in the sole discretion of the Club Operator.
- The Sponsoring Member is responsible for the conduct of a guest while at the Club. If the manner, deportment or appearance of any guest is deemed to be unsatisfactory, the sponsoring Member shall, at the request of Club personnel, causes such guest to surrender the guest card and leave the Club premises.
- GOLF RULES GOLF COURSE REGULATIONS:
- The course, or any part of it, may be closed to play at any time by the Club. No compensation will be given as a result of this closure.
- A Member must have an active Golf Membership to be entitled to use any of the golf facilities without charges applicable to guests or nonmembers.
- All non-golf activities on the golf course and carts paths is prohibited, including but not limited to jogging, bicycling, skating, rollerblading, walking and walking of dogs. No fishing is permitted at the golf course or adjacent areas. The cost of repairing any damage to the golf course resulting from such prohibited activities shall be charged to the responsible Member or guest.
- Beverage coolers and outside F&B are not permitted at the club, unless otherwise approved by Club Management and the appropriate fees for such, paid to the Club prior to the occurrence.
- Players shall comply with all signs and other instructions posted by Club personnel to prevent damage to all or part of the golf course.
- Practice activities are to be restricted to the putting green, driving range and other designated areas. Practice on the course is not permitted.
- Searching for balls other than those played by members of the group is not allowed on the course at any time.
- Each player must have his or her own set of golf clubs. Clubs can be rented prior to play from the golf reception.
- Should play be discontinued at the direction of Club personnel, a “Discontinued Play” Credit will be given as follows for any paid round: (a) If less than 5 holes are completed, player will receive a full credit. (b) IF 5 or more but less than 13 holes are completed, player will receive a 9-hole credit.
- All players are responsible for their own safety during hazardous weather conditions and play at their own risk. Under no circumstances shall the Club Owner be held liable for failing to warn players of hazardous weather conditions or the need to cease play. If lightning is in the area, all play is to cease. Although the golf shop staff may warn players about lightning in the area, of which it is aware, the Club Owner does not assume any duty to detect lightning and warn them. If Club personnel warn players about potential lightning in the area, players must stop play immediately.
1- Dress Code:
- 1.Standards desired by the membership of the Club.
- 2. Please be mindful of the laws and culture of Saudi Arabia, and the expectations of being a member at the Club.
For Men: Shirts with collar and sleeves, slacks, golf shorts or walking shorts are considered appropriate attire. On course, you must wear either golf shoes (preferred) or sports shoes.
For Women: Dresses, skirts, slacks, golf shorts, mid-length shorts and blouses are considered appropriate attire. Tank tops, T-shirts, fishnet tops, halter-tops, bathing suits, jams sweat pants, tennis dresses, athletic shorts, cut-offs, blue jeans, or denim of any kind are not permitted. On course, you must wear either golf shoes (preferred) or sports shoes.
2- Golf Starting Times:
The hours of operation of the golf course will vary seasonally, as set of by the Club.
- Starting time depending on availability.
- Reservations can be made but should only be considered confirmed when a response is received from the golf reception team.
- Twosomes should not expect to play through foursomes and should not exert any pressure on the groups ahead. Singles shall have no priority on the golf course and shall be permitted to play only at the discretion of the golf shop.
- The golf reception must approve starting time changes.
- Players who fail to cancel their starting time 48 hours prior to their scheduled starting time will be charged a fee for the unused rounds as determined by the Club from time to time. We request that members should notify the golf shop of any cancellation as soon as possible.
- With the starter, at least 10 minutes before their tee time. Players may not tee off prior to registration in the Golf reception.
- Assignment of another starting time or cancellation, at the discretion of the starter.
- Commencement of play from the 10th hole or “cutting in” on other players is not permitted without the approval of the starter.
- Play must start from the 1st tee following the normal booking and check in procedure.
3- Practice Facility & Academy:
- The practice range is open during normal operating hours as posted in the golf reception. The practice range may be closed for general maintenance or event at the Club’s discretion.
- Range balls are for use on the practice range and may not be used on the golf course.
- Golf carts are not permitted on any tee area. Golf carts should be parked only in the Club’s designated areas.
- Balls must be hit from designated areas. No hitting is permitted from the rough or sides of the practice range.
- Authorization of lessons provided by golf professionals not in the employment of the Club are at the discretion of the clubs Management, and subject to a fee which should be paid prior to the lesson occurring.
4- Golf Carts:
- Operation of a golf cart is at the risk of the golfer. Persons who the Club team might deem as incapable of operating a cart safely, will not be allowed to drive the cart.
- Members assume full responsibility for any and all damages caused by the use or misuse of a golf cart, including repairs to the golf cart, by the Member, his or her family members or guests, and shall reimburse the Club and/or any operator of the Club for any and all damages the Club may sustain by reason of such use or misuse.
- Each Member accepts and assumes all responsibility for liability connected with operation of the Golf cart. The Member also expressly indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from any and all damage, whether direct or consequential, arising from or related to the member’s, his or her family members’ or guests’ use and operation of the golf cart.
- The operator of a golf cart must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid automobile driver’s license.
- Golf carts are restricted to two persons and two sets of golf clubs.
- Golf carts shall remain on cart paths where available. Drivers must observe and obey all signs, stakes, roped off areas and other markers used to guide carts.
- A Member or guest on the Club Facilities without proper assignment and registration in the golf reception shall not be permitted to use the golf carts.
- Golf carts may only be used on the golf course when the course is open for play.
- Golf carts may only be used on the course and are not to be taken into the club car park or community areas.
- Players should avoid play on soft areas on fairways, especially after rainfall. The club respectfully asks that players use roughs whenever possible in such circumstances.
- Never drive a golf cart through a hazard, or desert area.
- “Course closed” or “hole closed” signs are to be adhered to without exception.
- Violations of the golf cart rules may result in loss of golf cart privileges and/ or playing privileges. In certain circumstances the player assistance may revoke use of a golf cart immediately during a round. Pull carts will be provided for the duration of the round and no refund of cart fees will be given.
5- Golf Handicaps:
- Handicaps will be computed under the supervision of the golf management in accordance with the current USGA regulations.
- To establish a handicap, a player must turn in a minimum of three “18 hole” scores.
- Only Members with an approved USGA handicap may participate in Club sanctioned tournaments.
- The golf management may review all handicaps submitted.
- Members are responsible for turning in all their scores on a daily basis. Any Member failing to turn in a score shall result in a score being posted that is equal to their lowest score on record. The golf reception shall assist any Members needing help with the posting procedures.
- The Club reserves the right to adjust handicaps for Club tournament play. The Club also reserves the right to deny any Member entry into tournament play for handicap manipulation.
- Except where modified by local rules, all play will be governed by the current regulations of the USGA.
- Members are required to follow all golf course regulations and rules of etiquette.
6- Golf Course Etiquette:
- It Players should play without delay by going directly to their ball and being prepared to play when it is their turn.
- Upon completion of a hole, players should leave the green immediately, place their clubs in their bag and mark their scores at the next tee.
- On the putting green, players should study their putt while others are doing the same and be prepared to putt when it is their turn.
- Players should leave the fairway as directed by signs and drive carts to the nearest point from the cart path to the green. The cart must remain on the cart path until after the next tee. On par 3 holes, carts must not be driven off the cart paths for the entire hole.
- Players should repair their ball marks on the putting green (other ball marks should also be repaired, when time permits).
- Players should enter and leave bunkers at the nearest level point to the green. Before leaving a sand trap, a player should carefully rake over all holes and footprints.
- Players are not to play until the players in front are out of range or completely clear of the putting green.
- Under normal circumstances, a round of golf should not exceed four hours and ten minutes. Programs may be introduced to promote and maintain this standard.
- All players shall observe the rules of golf etiquette as adopted by the USGA at all times.
- The club operates a pace of play which is posted and communicated by our teams. Please adhere to requests and assistance provided by our player assistants to ensure the enjoyment of the course by all players.
- Groups should not expect to play through other groups that are adhering to the pace of play and should not exert any pressure on groups ahead.
- No group shall be composed of more than four players unless authorized by the Golf Management.
- Players stopping at the clubhouse or halfway house during their rounds must occupy the next tee and be prepared to resume play before the following group arrives. Failure to do so will result in the loss of position on the golf course and will require the approval of the player assistant before continuing play.
- Players are expected to maintain their position on the golf course. Slow groups may be asked to allow faster players to play through or to “skip” a hole to maintain their position on the golf course. The player assistant has the authority to keep play moving at the proper pace for all players’ enjoyment, by any means they see appropriate. Players unable to keep proper pace may be requested to leave the course.
- If a player is repeatedly warned for slow play, the Club may take such action as it deems appropriate, including without limitation, restricting the person’s use of the golf course during certain times of the day.
- The use of cell phones is discouraged on the golf course at any time.
- DISCIPLINARY ACTION:
The member is required to comply with this Membership Policy and acknowledges that they may be subject to legal accountability or disciplinary actions by the club’s management. The club’s management or the operating company reserves the right to take any legal action they deem appropriate.
